The Puput Screw is a robust, versatile and lightweight carabiner, ideal for completing any climbing equipment. It offers an excellent balance between weight, functionality and durability, standing out for its good ergonomics and manoeuvrability.

The gate incorporates a visual indicator below the thread to alert you when the carabiner is open.

The name Puput refers to the bird Upupa epops, with a characteristic beak that inspired the shape of our carabiner.

A LIGHTWEIGHT THREADED CARABINER

Lightweight geometry: A functional design intended to take up little volume and weight in demanding activities.

Lock Check: Iconic closure indicator that shows whether the carabiner is open or closed.

Extends the life of the assembly: With a width of 10.5 mm, it generates a greater radius of curvature of the rope on the carabiner, reducing wear and extending the life of both the rope and the carabiner.

Snagfree: Prevents snagging on the rope or carabiner during clipping.

Conical Nose: Its pointed, conical nose makes it easy to insert the carabiner into carabiners or other connection points precisely and smoothly, without obstruction. It also makes it easier to remove during dismantling.

Keylock: Prevents snagging on the rope or carabiner during clipping.

Strength: 22 kN vertical, 8 kN horizontal and 8 kN with the gate open (EN 12275).

7075 aluminium: Lightweight and strong material to ensure long durability.
