We have two delivery options for your purchases: shipping through our logistics agency MRW and Correos Express or picking up the order in our store in Palma. We only ship to Peninsula (Portugal and Andorra included), Balearic Islands and Europe. We do not ship to Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries not mentioned above.

Shipping to Mallorca: price from 5€, delivery time 24/36h.
Shipping to Peninsula (Portugal and Andorra included), Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera: price from 8€, delivery time 36/48h. - Via Correos Express.
Shipping to Mallorca: price from 4€, delivery time 24/36h.
Shipping to Peninsula (Portugal and Andorra included), Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera: price from 6€, delivery time 48/72h.
International shipping: price according to weight and area, delivery time from 5 to 8 labor days. Once we receive the order we will send an email to notify the price of postage. Free shipping is only available for orders inside Spain. - Pick up in our shop in Palma
No delivery cost.
Pick up time Monday to Saturday from 10:00-14:00 and 16:00-20:00.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The return of defective products under warranty or when there are errors on our part during the shipment will not incur any cost to you. We will manage the collection of the defective product at your home, bearing the corresponding transport costs.
- Return of the purchase without error or defect.
We improve your right of returning the purchase that you made extending the time you have legally to return a product purchased in our store to 15 days from the time you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Transport cost will be 6€ for pickup in Mallorca and 9€ for the rest of shipping area (Peninsula and rest of Balearic Island). We will manage the collection of the return with our agency. We will refund all that you paid included the initial transport cost, your only have to assume the transport cost of the return. Except for cash on delivery purchases, we will deduct 3% commission (minimum commission 2€) that the transport agency deducts for the service.
You can also return the product in our store in Palma to avoid additional cost.
In order to process returns you must send us an email within 15 days from the time you receive the product using the model that we offer in our sales conditions or similar.
For the return of international purchases please check our return conditions sending us an email. Transport cost will always have to assume by the client.
- Purchase changes
The deadline to make a change of a product purchased will also be 15 days since you received the product.
The changes will be free shipping as long as the amount of the changes is equal or more than 90€ (shipping to Peninsula and Balearic Island). You can only change your purchase once with free shipping.
The transport cost when it is not free will be from 4€ for shipping in Mallorca and from 6€ to Peninsula and the rest of Balearic Island. You can pay it through all the paying methods that we have except Cash on delivery.
For international purchases changes please check our changes conditions sending us an email. Transport cost will always have to assume by the client.
