The spaced mesh harness and hipbelt have foam cutouts for EVA ventilation. In hot climates hydration is most important and you will appreciate the internal hydration compartment. In case of rain, deploy the integrated rain cover, which will instantly protect your pack and clothing.

For longer trips or overnight excursions, you can attach the sleeping pad to the removable external straps. 

The Stow-on-the-Go system avoids constant 'taking out and putting away' of the poles via the two elastic rings for an easy hands-free solution. An ice axe ring may come in handy in snowy or icy situations.
