BLACK DIAMOND CAPITAN

Designed to handle the abuse that only its namesake big wall can handle, the Captain is Black Diamond's ultra-durable helmet, with additional coverage on the sides and back, while maintaining a sleek fit for all-day comfort. With a 2-piece ABS shell construction that allows for optimized fit and dual color combinations, the Captain also features an EPP foam fusion and EPS foam disc, which meets the UIAA's proposed side and back protection requirements. The Capitan's vents provide ample breathability when temperatures rise and a low-profile suspension system dials in the fit. Integrated headlight clips with an elastic shield at the rear secure the light to get you through the night.
