PIOLET SINGING ROCK ICE EDGE

It features both a curved handle, with plenty of room, and a narrow ragatón, to easily drive it into the snow. It is very practical for use on runner climbs, simple glacier progressions or traditional alpine activities. 

It has a modular head, made of hot-forged aluminum. Its shape makes it easy to clip into crevasses and provides support when climbing in soft snow. 

The head has a hole that allows the ice axe to be attached to a carabiner, or to incorporate a lanyard to prevent it from getting lost. 

This Singing Rock Edge ice axe comes in the hammer version, which is made of chromed steel, although it is possible to use it with the blade, or even remove these two accessories, to obtain a lighter ice axe. It is also possible to interchange the blade, depending on the type of activity to be performed. All this is possible thanks to the modular design of the ice axe head. 

The blade is made of chrome-plated steel and performs optimally on hard ice as well as moderate mixed climbing. In addition, it features a soft grip zone to prevent damage to gloves when holding the ice axe by the head. 

The handle is made of hot-forged aluminum and has an appropriate curvature that allows it to be easily anchored to the ice or rock. 

The chrome-plated steel nose piece has a hole for attaching a carabiner or a bifid Bungee lanyard to prevent it from getting lost. The narrow shape of the nose ring allows it to be easily hammered into the snow. 

This Singing Rock Edge ice axe hammer features a length-adjustable Fix Plus drag to prevent it from being misplaced.
