Polar OH1 records your heart rate with Polar's exclusive 6-LED optical heart rate system.
You can use the Polar OH1 to transmit your heart rate to any Bluetooth-compatible Polar device, many fitness applications and Bluetooth-compatible fitness equipment.
The Polar OH1 has an integrated memory that can store up to 200 hours of training data. You can synchronize the data with the App or the Polar Flow web service.
The Polar OH1 bracelet fits perfectly on the arm, in a comfortable and discreet way. The band is made of a soft textile material and can be machine washed.
The Polar OH1 is continuously improved thanks to updates via Bluetooth
With the Polar OH1 you get up to 12 hours of training with a single load. You can charge the battery easily with the USB adapter for the Polar OH1 (included)
