Our best-selling 220 g/m² merino blend, Thermowave Merino Xtreme, is an advanced double layer with a combination of merino wool and polyester for those seeking the best properties of both fibres when running, hiking or practising snow sports in cold conditions. The Merino Xtreme base layer for men is made from a premium fabric, a blend of natural and synthetic materials. The polyester interior is designed for optimal moisture management, while the merino wool exterior has excellent insulating properties and is naturally antibacterial. The combination of both layers provides excellent insulation and a highly durable, breathable fabric. The Thermowave Merino Xtreme base layer is super soft and, thanks to its flat seams, does not itch, making it ideal for sensitive skin.
